Is there really such a thing as free rent?

What do you do when you’re a merchant deep in Silicon Beach? One Los Angeles millennial thinks he’s got it all figured out. A modern day Sanford (without the Sons), our hero goes to extremes to monetize everything. Surrounded by all the things he’s selling on eBay and constantly bumping into couchsurfers & AirBnB guests, he can’t help but wonder: is it time to get a “real” job?

But when he stumbles across what looks like a snuff film on a discarded memory stick, he falls deep into shady Venice, California subculture – and becomes obsessed with finding out what exactly happened to the girl in the movie.
